bag measures 10 inches wide. 10 inches tall for the bag part. 15.50 inches to the top of the handles.
the sides are 4.5 inches.
the exterior is in good condition with some small marks that are not that noticeable. the interior is excellent! it is lined. it also has a inner side pocket that zips closed. the top has a magnetic button. the handles have wear on the edges.
--i have assumed that the exterior is 'vinyl'.....it could be another material, so i do not know for sure. it is plastic like and wipeable with a wet sponge.--
